Peach Festival

We went down to a farm in Queen Creek yesterday to enjoy some freshly made peach pie and peach ice cream. Sarina had a chance to ride a pony and have fun. Unfortunately the weather decided to spike up to 106 degrees but we tried to make the best of it.

Mom's Day 2009

We had a pretty relaxing Mother's Day. Took the mom's to Casa Blanca (which so far is the best Mexican Resturant we have found in AZ)

1st Annual Fun Run

Maricopa held its first Fun Run this morning. Darren ran the 5K as we cheered him on. It definitely lacked in organization and forethought - but pretty good for 1st time out.\

Big Red

We went to th Annual Maricopa Salsa Festival yesterday and Sarina was so excited to take a picture with Big Red - the AZ Cardinals mascot.

Easter 2009

Sarina had a great time on Easter. She got 3 egg baskets, sat with a "bunny"and searched for eggs at the park and at the house.

FUN!

Safe Haven 5K

We participated family style in the 1st 5K that Darren ran last year. He ran - we strolled.

Spring Training 2009

Friends came out to AZ for our yearly family Spring Training get together at Surprise Stadium to watch the SF Giants.
